I have been using this during and after all my long CrossFit workouts as well all my big running sessions. Love the lemon lime taste, keeps me topped up during and recovering well post training session. Just got my second order!

I have tried pre workouts they have made me feel horrible so I was hesitant to try pre game I’m glad I took the plunge and ordered some. It gave me the right about of energy and focus without the tingly horrible feeling. I have had many different pre-workouts from complete body tingles to full focus. ATN’s pre-workout has a good balance between both which allows you to get the best of both worlds. Super solid and great for training. First time taking it at the gym I lost track of time. Also the flavour was on point! Highly recommended.

Impressed! For the amount of powder ratio to water, the flavour is really delicious without that lingering artificial taste in my opinion. Love having this throughout my workout (weightlifting, running or functional training) or sipping on through the day to get my Litres in. Would recommended and repurchase!
